"Our firm has conducted several team-building activities over the years, and we were looking for a new facilitator to bring fresh ideas . . . Rachael guided us through a series of well-conceived and expertly-executed activities to create self-directed team initiatives to reach our goals and reconnect with our vision.  . . . Our people are more involved and committed to our vision, and the initiatives are moving forward in a way we could not have imagined."

Who benefits most from Team Development? Managers, Executives, and other team members who are stuck, who need to build morale, develop new skills, and deliver results.

Working as a cohesive unit, your business team is capable of extraordinary results, but when the pieces of the puzzle no longer fit—when the old ways aren’t working anymore—you need a partner who can help you harness current talent, develop new skills, and adopt new ways of working.

That's where Trilogy Coaching comes in. We get your business team working together in new, more productive and more effective ways by custom designing Team Coaching programs and Team Retreats targeting your company's unique needs.

Team coaching
We offer team and group coaching programs as well as follow-up coaching to reinforce training programs. Additionally, individual members of your team may benefit from one-on-one executive coaching.

All of our coaches use a consistent yet customizable coaching process that is easily adaptable to individuals, groups and teams, and is equally effective in each setting. Our Coaches are business-savvy—they understand how business teams work and know the most effective ways to develop team competence and cohesion.

Team Retreats
Our team retreats are intense, interactive, on-site programs that offer engaging content, practical tools, and lasting results. They are typically 1 to 5 days in duration and include a several team-building and business planning activities.

Employing our 5-step approach, we start by interviewing the team leader and members to understand climate, culture, conflicts, and business goals. We then establish goals with the leader and team and—based on our initial findings of team strengths and weaknesses—design a multi-disciplinary program that includes assessments (important to make the program content and outcomes relevant), team skills development, and business planning.
