Rachael Lewis brings more than 14 years of business experience in the high tech and hospitality industries, managing geographically and culturally diverse teams—many through significant transitions. Rachael is a Master Certified Coach, known as a compassionate straight-talker who shares insightful feedback and co-develops pragmatic remedies that challenge her clients.
