Rachael Lewis brings more than 14 years of business

Rachael is a Master
Certified Coach, known as a compassionate straight-talker who
shares insightful feedback and co-develops pragmatic
remedies that challenge her clients. As a Team Coach, she

level of interpersonal and technical competency, to see
and surpass their obstacles, and to adopt a more focused,
strategic approach to being effective. Rachael also works

Rachael is a faculty member and co-developer of the
Coaching Business Teams teleclass for Corporate Coach
University. In addition, she is a graduate of and a
faculty member at Coach University, a Master Facilitator
for The Coaching Clinic, and was one of the first
Master Certified Coaches by the International Coach
Federation (ICF). Rachael is President and founder of the
Orange County Chapter of the ICF and an active member of
the American Society for Training and Development.

work as a coach of triathletes and her recent
