Trilogy Coaching's 5-step approach

Whether it's coaching, consulting, program development, or team or leadership development, Trilogy Coaching Institute uses a 5-step process that's designed to get you the results you want and need—with no surprises along the way.

  1. Game Plan. Together with program sponsors, we meet to align on the program goals, schedules, critical success factors, and measures of success. We map out a schedule, address confidentiality and preferences for how we will collaborate.
  2. Assess. In order to deliver a keenly relevant program or services, we need to understand the true organizational climate, strengths and challenges. To gather data, we interview participants, conduct self or 360 assessments as called for given the program goals of the Game Plan. Feedback is always provided to sponsors or, in the case of Executive Coaching, to the individual.
  3. Design the Program or Development Plan. Primed with our evaluation of the assessment data, we design a program to achieve the results you want. We make specific recommendations and provide options. We spell out factors critical for success and include leaders’ roles for maximum impact where appropriate in the delivery.
  4. Execution. We carefully map out all of the details for execution, include you in the team, and pay close attention to real-time participant response.
  5. Evaluation and Next Steps. At milestones along the process, we evaluate and fine-tune the efficacy of our efforts to ensure optimal results. We plan leadership follow-up activities and tools for measurement to insure lasting impact. Throughout and at the conclusion of a program, we make recommendations for "next steps" with our support and on your own.
